    Best pans

    I had bought ones that were more expensive, but these were so much better. They truly were non-stick.

    Not as non-stick as advertised

    The yolk still sticks on my fried egg.

    Sides are too short, 8" lid doesn't fit, and it's domed in the center

    Own a previous version of their 8" frying pan which I like, but it doesn't work with induction. So I ordered the same size again with that additional feature. Unfortunately the design has radically changed. The sides are very short,1.25" vs 2" on the older one, which makes the pan much less useful. I could perhaps cook one egg in it, or melt a pat of butter, but the size makes it too limited. And the 8" measurement is generous as my 8" lid is a bit too big, whereas it fit the older model perfectly. Also, as others have documented there's a notable dome in the center which pushes liquids to the outer edges. Overall very disappointed.

    I've had this fry pan for 12 years

    I bought this pan based on "America's Test Kitchen" recommendation over 12yrs ago. I've prepared everything from breakfasts, stir-frys, meatballs for spaghetti, beefsteaks, vegetables, Mexican food including "grande burritos", etc., etc. The wear of the cooking surface is minimal still with some discoloration of the surface. The non-stick quality is still good without any heavy degradation (don't think I'd ever put it in the dishwasher. . it's so easy to clean). My prepared "grandees" continue to slide easily out of the pan onto the plate without any oil utilized under the grande tortilla.Just bought a new one, still in the box, ready when I need it!
