Great mat!

Bought this mat to give more room to roll out dough, than just using a large cutting board or my countertops At first I wasn't sure if I had made a mistake since it had an odd feel, but after I added a little flour to it and started to use it, I'm more than impressed. Didn't slide once and very easy to clean, dry, and store away.

Great For Cinnamon Rolls/Bread

I use this whenever I make homemade cinnamon rolls. It works wonderfully (no moving when rolling out the dough). The hardest part is cleaning. I don't like to put it in the dishwasher because I worry about the print (writing) coming off, so I hand wash but was ending up with water on the floor and/or me. I finally "discovered" that if I wash in sections and roll as I go it is much easier. Then I rinse the same way. As far as durability, I haven't really used it enough to speak to that.
